Established in 2012, Tejomaya takes its name from Sanskrit words meaning "filled with inner light" and "made of radiance." More than a tattoo studio, it is an art studio where the quiet inner force gives purpose, direction, and life to creation, reflecting Vernon's belief that a tattoo should become a meaningful work of art that grows with the person who wears it.
Drawing from dark aesthetics, symbolic imagery, ritualistic influences, and both Asian and European artistic traditions, Vernon's work explores themes of identity, resilience, mortality, and personal transformation. A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts in Graphic & Advertising Design, Vernon brings the foundations of fine art into every project.
